    New England Cancer Specialists is now sharing ADT and Document information. As the region’s largest practice specializing in treating all types of cancer and blood, HealthInfoNet participants can now instantly access critical health data for many at-risk Maine patients.

  • Montello Manor

    Montello Manor is now sharing ADT information for its residents. The organization is a 80+ bed, multi-level facility located in Lewiston that has been providing comprehensive quality healthcare to the Central Maine area for more than 35 years.

  • St. Joseph's Rehabilitation & Residence

    St. Joseph's Rehabilitation & Residence is now sharing ADT information for its residents. The organization is based in Portland and specializes in post-acute care, memory care, and professional long-term care services.

  • Maple Grove

    Maple Grove is now sharing ADT information for its residence. The organization is a skilled nursing facility located in Houlton offering nursing and intermediate care services.

  • Service Coordinating Agencies

    As part of the Office of MaineCare Services' D-SNP initiative, the State’s three Service Coordinating Agency (SCA) organizations – Seniors Plus, Alpha One, and Care Lync Maine – are becoming connected as viewing participants (i.e., non-data sharing participants).

  • Department of Corrections

    The State of Maine Department of Corrections will soon be sharing ADT and Vitals information on behalf of each of its adult and juvenile facilities. This new data-sharing connection aims to improve the quality and coordination of care and benefits for persons transitioning in-and-out of incarceration in the state.
